In her declaration, Wasser wrote that the document — which divides custody 50/50 — details the specific timeshare schedule and transportation matters. Wasser fears if the document becomes public, the media would have “a greater ability to ascertain the physical whereabouts of the minor children.”

“They are divorced,” the pop star's attorney, Laura Wasser, said after a court hearing. “Everything is finalized.”
A court commissioner signed orders for dissolution of marriage, an alimony agreement and child custody.
The alimony agreement will not be made public unless there is an enforcement issue, Wasser said. A decision on custody of the former couple's two sons, 22-month-old Sean Preston Federline, and 10-monty-old Jayden James Federline, is sealed until an Aug. 14 hearing.

BRITNEY SPEARS has suffered another breakdown on the set of her new music video, with production grinding to a halt after she began “sobbing hysterically” during a pole dance routine, according to reports.
The troubled pop star was shooting the video for her new single Give Me More in Los Angeles last Wednesday (25Jul07), but had been holding up filming with her unwillingness to co-operate with the crew while taking hour-long breaks in between production.
Onlookers claim Spears - dressed in a black leather waistcoat, black hot pants and fishnet tights - appeared “disorientated” throughout the shoot, before becoming paranoid when she performed her sexy dance routine.
A source tells British newspaper the News of the World, “Britney was completely uncooperative and left everyone hanging about when she went for an hour’s massage - twice.
“She was rude and she chain-smoked and drank an enormous amount of Red Bull (energy drink) throughout the shoot.
“She had a problem with the extras watching her pole dance (and) suddenly she was in floods of tears. It was sad to witness.”
The latest reports follow last week’s (24Jul07) revelations about her disastrous interview and photoshoot with America’s OK! magazine, during which the pop star mopped up dog poop with a Chanel dress and expressed fears her ceiling was about to collapse.
