Kim Robard and Being Human
From this article about Britney and the car belonging to Kim Robard-Rifkin, it seems Britney might be in trouble..
She might be charged with a violation of California Penal Code 561.32 - “Not Being a Mensch in a Timely Fashion”.
“It’s sad because I was really hoping she’d step up and be a mensch, be a human being,†Robard-Rifkin said. “It was simply like my car didn’t matter to her, my inconvenience didn’t matter to her.â€
