Between all the gyrating, hip-shaking and hair-tossing, the poor girl’s vocals amount to little more than gasps and heaves with a few guttural syllables thrown in the mix.
In the below video, some soundboard geek has isolated Britney’s mic from several “live” performances — just stripped away her canned track and backing vocals and laid it bare for all to hear. To be fair — could anyone pull off the songs while engaging in the sort of boot camp choreography Britney favors?
