Yesterday Britney Spears and company announced the opening acts for
her upcoming North American fall tour. There were no surprises at the
announcement of Ciara who recently opened Brit’s London shows but the
addition of Kristinia DeBarge was.
The 19 year old newcomer to the pop music scene has already watched
her catchy debut single “Goodbye” hit the top 20 on iTunes Top Songs
and Bilboard’s Hot 100 singles.

Los Angeles: Britney Spears holds onto the arm of her agent (and rumored boyfriend) Jason Trawick as they head into an office together. The pair was also seen picking up Starbucks drinks. Britney was spotted carrying around a pack of smokes. Brit recently released a statement regarding Michael Jackson’s sudden death: “I was so excited to see his show in London.
We were going to be on tour in Europe at the same time and I was going to fly in to see him. He has been an inspiration throughout my entire life and I’m devastated he’s gone!”

Hackers have broadcast bogus information about celebrities including
Britney Spears and Ellen DeGeneres after breaking into their Twitpic
accounts. The internet messaging system shut down part of its service
after the hacking was discovered on Sunday because of what the
Charleston, S.C.-based company described as a “vulnerability” in the
mobile posting system. Twitpic said to disregard a message from
Spears’ account that incorrectly said the singer had died, and they
were “implementing a fix immediately.”

UTEP officials say it looks like September’s Britney Spears concert is
well on its way to a sell-out.
Tickets went on sale to the general public on Friday at noon.
The pop star will bring her “Circus” tour to the Don Haskins on
September 21st and officials say about half of the tickets are already
gone…including the top-priced $500 ringside seats!
A number of fans lined up early outside the UTEP ticket office to grab
the best seats.
